Terms

These terms cover ordering from FRÜT CRASH, in store or online.

Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in the currency of the store and include VAT at the rate set for that store.
• An order is accepted when the kitchen confirms it. Until then it can be cancelled by either side.
• Items can sell out. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it.

FRÜT Club

• Points are earned on completed orders and have no cash value.
• Points and credits may expire; the expiry is shown in your wallet.
• Referral rewards are paid when the invited friend completes a first qualifying order. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not qualify.
• We may change the earn and redemption rates. Points already earned keep the value stated when you earned them.

Allergens

Every crash is made in a kitchen that handles gluten, egg, milk, nuts and soy. Allergen information is listed per product, but we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
